We talk you through what will happen so you know what to expect and if you have questions we welcome them. It is important to us that we work together to put right the damage as soon as possible. From the moment the claim is notified we are in regular contact with you so you know what is going on. This is how it works.
Receiving your claim
Our contact centre is manned 8.00am to 6.00pm and will contact you as soon as the claim is reported to us. We will arrange to visit as soon as we can and where emergency work is needed we will organise this straight away.
Survey
We will visit your home/business and agree the work that is necessary. We will often need insurers to approve the work before we can start but will explain exactly what is involved when we come to see you.

Preparing for the work
We issue a report to insurers for their approval and let you know as soon as we can go ahead. We will then agree with you what the arrangements for that work will be, how long we expect it to take and ensure that it starts at a time that is convenient for you.
Before the work begins we agree with you the choice of paints and other finishes. We also agree with you any payments that must be made such as a policy excess.
Completing the work
The team carrying out the work will be supervised throughout. We take care to protect your property and treat it with respect. We employ experienced tradesmen and have worked with them for many years. They are there to help. When the work is finished we take the time to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of the repair and provide you and your insurers with a guarantee. |
